This project is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization (MATD) through its National Agency for Sanitation and Public Health (ANASP) and managed, since its start in 2020, by the Conakry Sanitation Project Management Unit (UGPAC) thus called Project Owner of this contract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PAC is a major project comprising three interdependent components: rainwater drainage component, solid waste management component and fecal sludge treatment component. It is structured around two successive phases, the 1st of which<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> phase \u201cSupervision phase\u201d which is the subject of this mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project takes into account the concerns of the two largest urban communes of Conakry in terms of hygiene and public health.
