To combat flooding and improve sanitation in Bouaké, the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene developed a Master Plan for Sanitation and Drainage (SDAD) in 2016 as part of the Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project in Côte d'Ivoire (PRICI).
The current objective is to revise the solutions proposed in the 2016 Preliminary Detailed Design (PDD) to verify their adaptability (costs, maintenance, institutional strategies) and integrate:
Nature-Based Solutions (NBS)
Multifunctional facilities (playgrounds, cycle paths, public lighting)
Optimizing water infiltration
The mission consists of:
1. Update the technical studies (hydraulic, hydrological, topographic, etc.)
2. Update the Technical Specifications for the CAD (Tender Documents)
The Consultant must:

Propose improvements integrating SBN and urban planning
Provide an updated preliminary design and a draft CAD drawing for the future works
