Mission I: Development of Master Plans; Elaboration of an inventory, a diagnosis existing installations and will then propose the appropriate solutions, and the corresponding estimated costs, as part of the development of a master plan for 2030, in 2 phases 2020 - 2025 (phase 1) and 2025 – 2030 (phase 2).
Mission II: Realization of the Summary Preliminary Project Studies (APS); Based on the scheme director, the BE will draw up studies for each of the cities at the APS stage, for phases 1 and 2, making it possible to better define the solutions to consider, and refine the investment costs.
Mission III: Carrying out studies
Detailed Preliminary Project (APD); Based on preliminary studies, according to the investment priorities identified in the level of phases 1 and 2, the BE will develop studies at the final design stage, making it possible to have studies full detailed techniques.
Mission IV: Preparation of Tender Documents according to the Nomenclature of the World Bank which is the main funder of this project.
